We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team at Torrance Motors. We specialize in European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI) but service a wide range of makes and models.

About the Role:
This position is all about taking care of customers the right way — from the first phone call to the final handoff. You’ll be the link between customers and our technicians, making sure communication is clear, expectations are set, and vehicles are repaired correctly and on time.

Responsibilities:
– Professional communication with customers, addressing their vehicles repair needs including repairs cost, and time needed to complete repairs
– Answer Phone Calls, Emails, and Drive In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
– Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery
– Order/return parts, attention to detail is critical.
– Responsible for shop appearance, shop safety, equipment
– Thoroughly and periodically check quality of repairs to minimize comebacks and ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications:
– Positive, Professional, Strong work ethics and integrity, problem solver and works calmly under pressure during busy times.
– Team player, ability to be a self starter and work independently/can do attitude
– Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
– Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
– Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
– Strong computer and internet usage ability
– Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
– Valid California driver license and clean DMV record
– US work authorization

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 per year
Ability to Commute: Torrance, CA or San Pedro, CA
Work Location: In person
